Frank, a former chef with Michelin-starred experience is the inspirational driving force behind Snorre Food. With close to 30 years spent in Singapore and in Asia, Frank has established Snorre Food as a mark of quality. As the author of a cookbook titled Norwegian Salmon in Asia and having produced salmon recipes and organised the Salmon Buffet of the Century in Singapore, he is aptly regarded as the Salmon King in Asia

Apart from work, he is also the member of Singapore Chefs Association and author of many popular cookbooks. As a reputable chef, his passion for food keeps him up-to-date with latest food trends and brings significant values and insights to the team.
